We ask politely that you describe in great detail the exact item you are requesting, including the date by which you need the item. Please allow plenty of time for us to complete your order, especially for custom work and hand embellishments. When we receive your order we will review your request and you will be emailed with the price along with the shipping and handling cost. We estimate a 2 to 4 week delivery date depending on the complexity of the work.

Returns, Damaged Merchandise & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! Due to the time and complexity of orders, we regret the we cannot accept any returns on custom orders or one of a kind items, unless one of the following exceptions are made:

    1) Non-custom orders, without special embroidery added
    2) Insured item was damaged in transit.
    3) Item was shipped in error. Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition.



Please insure returned items and ship via United States Postal Service or UPS. If an parcel has been received damaged, take it to your local Post Office or United Parcel Service (UPS) to make a claim on the insured package. Lost or damaged items that are returned to us without shipping insurance are not subject to our return or refund policy.



All refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal account only.
